PLEASE HELP I choose this quote and I don't really know how to put it in words why I agree with whoever said this “America is an improbable idea. A mongrel nation built of ever changing disparate parts.” The quote means that the United States was not expected to be constructed in the way that it is today. Discordant things and people came together and formed America, it is still happening today. Even though America fails more than it accomplishes it has made an enormous impact on the earth's society.
