What is the conflict of “Pip | A short animated film”

The conflict of the short film is that the Pip wants to be a good seeing eye dog. She is'nt very good at it at first and then she starts to do good. On exam day she fails and is thrown out. Then she sees a blind women walking into a construction site and follows to help her. Lastly she is givin the cape from the dog statue.
