When they talk about the leaves dancing in the wind, they meant that the leaves were swirling around with the wind

Talking about the lady being luckier than a four-leaf clover, they mean she's a really lucky person!

When talking about that her fingers were all thumbs when she played the piano, they meant that she was really good at piano!

The girl giving the shark smile meant that she gave a big, toothy smile!

The guys feet meant that they were really gross smelling

Jacks head isn't really a brick wall, their just saying their real stubborn.

And lastly, the girls brain was a sandstorm of ideas. They mean that she has a lot of idea's to share!
