However, he is more conscious than Victor, perhaps due to the presence of love in his life. On the other hand, Victor Frankenstein's ambition for science and his created monster, lead the reader to think that he had a lack of love in his childhood, feeling then alone and with an obsessive desire to create life, but sadly ended up in tragedy.
