When I was Just in the 4th grade, I would be Bullied, of my choices of Life, people didn't accept me as i wanted them to. But I managed to learn from the experience, I knew that if i didn't share personal things about me, i would be treated fairly, Iv'e made my way for 3 years without being bullied Iv'e taught others its okay to not share All your Personal Information with your friends, and to not let them pure pressure you into doing anything you don't want to. Iv'e noticed iv'e helped people, and they are doing the same, you can still accept yourself, and not tell Everyone. You can even have a Therapist you can talk to! They listen, and they wont judge you for being you. Don't bottle up your emotions, you just don't have to tell everyone. Music Also helps, it's Opened so many doors for me, Like Acceptation, Love, Calmness, And all many kinds of emotion that can help you cope. Everyone Has different ways of Coping, But this is mine. And being able to have a friend to listen to you helps too, just talk to someone you trust most, Just because something bad may happen, doesn't mean that its the End. Bad things will happen, But we have to smile through it, smiling through rough times, Helps you believe in yourself more than Most times. Not talking about things that need to be spoken about, is different, its best to seek help if something is seriously wrong, There will always be SOMEONE to help. Just if its about life choices. Stand up for yourself and others, no body deserves to be treated differently! That's why i don't open up easy, yet again Stand up for people and i treat people with respect.Â
