It a wonderful question! Life sometimes will become struggling, stressful and difficult. If we keep seeing these things day by day, our mental health and even our productivity will sharply decrease. To avoid it, we often take part in a long trip to wash out stresses and find a space in our head. Me, too. And I think the place that brings me the most mental power is the beach.

Every single person in our community will soon be charmed by putting their feet on the yellow shiny soft sand, feeling the cool powerful wind blow into us, seeing the picturesque green lines of trees and enjoying ourselves into the blue salty moving water. And the sky at night will show you a community of stars.

By lying on the beach and watching these flickering star, your thoughts will be fully washed out. After a day enjoying at the beach, having fun at some Café around there, my mind is fully healed.
