Parents are the on that have to pay for the meals. So why not give people what they want. If someone is paying you money for something you should give them the service or product that THEY want.
Getting to have the choice is also good for kids. It helps them be more responsible and make better choices. People should be given the choice.
This could also reflect badly on the school. There’s a possibility that students wouldn’t like the healthy options and they may not eat. It’s been tested by many scientists that missing meals slow down your brain function and people’s grades could drop. So is taking away the students choices to choose there own food really a good idea.
