Imagine if you love someone who you had an amazing planning in the future with but can't be together with them because you and your partner are two different race, if you do then it is against the law and then one of you would have to face a harsh punishment... Imagine you and your partner are being treated differently and are have different experiences in your life... This is what happened to Callum(a nought) and Sephy(a cross) in the book. If you were a nought the following would happen: being laughed at, can't party, live in a very poor surroundings, poor house and etc...Whereas if you were a cross you would be living in a mansion with nought servants giving you everything that you demanded, not made fun of, go party's, celebrating birthdays. How would you feel if you were a nought? What would you do? can any of you please improve this paragraph but it has to make sense.

Imagine, being totally in love with someone and planning your future with them, but because of your differences in ethnicity, it is made impossible for you to be together.  Your love is forbidden and if you dare to rebel against the unfair laws that stop you from being with your one true love, the consciences would be dreadful. You and your partner have never been treated the same way and you live different lives, being together is frowned upon. This is exactly what happened to Callum, who is a nought ,and Sephy, who is a cross in the book (add the title of the book like: in the book/story (book title)). In this life, if you are a nought then life was miserable. You would constantly be laughed at, you were not permitted to attend parties, you are forced to live in poverty and so much more. Now, if you were a cross you would never need to want for anything, you would live in the best house, wear the best clothes, eat the most divine food, you would never know struggle as others do. Knowing this, how would you feel being trapped in the life of a nought? What would you do?
