What does this mean to you?

Admitting most things are out of my control and learning to accept what life brings and deal with it rather than let it bother me emotionally. I let every small good thing outweigh the bad. I had a rotten day at work? That's sucky but hey, my toast was perfectly toasted today and the super Market was having a sale on tea so I got to try something new cheap!

It's hard sometimes, but if you can train yourself to smile every time you see a nice flower or a cool bird etc it means little things makes you happy and it all adds up.

you can change by someone having a negative opinon of you in many ways for example thi can lead to depression and taking of ones life also known as sucide this effects there self esteem and ego in a negative way making them feel sad depressed and stressed causing them to act gloomy and sad if this continuses this can lead to self harm or much worse things.
