When the stress response hormone presence are persistent, it becomes dangerous. It also becomes chronic and long term; the situation is highly toxic. That Stress then starts to harm our health, mood, productivity, relationships, and quality of life.

Chronic stress impacts every system in our body. It could cause high blood pressure, suppress the immune system, lifetime risk of heart attack increase, stroke, and cancer, contribute to infertility, and leave you more vulnerable to anxiety and depression. Stress can also cause ulcers, migraines, and insomnia.

either online or traditional classroom can work for students. which is better will depend on students and teacher. students may have trouble following a lesson in classroom while they can study at their own pace online. other students may have trouble staying focus on their own in online classes. teachers are more used to classroom teaching but they may also be more worry about their jobs teaching online classes and work harder.
