can someone give me an example of a Counter Argument and Rebuttal paragraph? I want a paragraph to give me an idea because im so confused!

A counter argument is something a person could say to argue against your claim and the Rebuttal is telling why they would be wrong.

Explanation:

(so if my claim were that sleep can affect how you perform during the day then a counter would be something like); Now one may argue that sleep does not affect us and how we feel or behave the next day because of things like coffee, Redbull and other energy boosters, (this would be my rebuttle); but in reality they do not make up for sleep. In fact running soley on energy drink is no where near as helpful as getting a good nights rest.
