Ok..i have a few questions about Shakespeare's play Macbeth if anyone is willing to answer, I just need this for an essay I'm writing. 1.) Was the Dagger that appeared before Macbeth an illusion of his mind, or was it an illusion placed there by the witches?

.) How drastically would you say the witches had their own hand in Macbeth's fate?

.) Personally, I feel that the witches knew Macbeth was descending rapidly into madness, and they took advantage of it...what is your opinion?

.) We all know that Macbeth loved Duncan, yet he was still willing to kill him based off of a hallucination of a dagger, why do you think that was?

.) Do you think Macbeth killed duncan for his own purposes, or did he do it because he felt like him killing a man he loved dearly was inevitable??
