Subject: Wrongful advertisement which led to an unsatisfactory stay.

Sir,

I, along with my family, had stayed in your hotel for two weeks, from 28th April to 10th May 2019. We expected that our two double suites would be the same as advertised in your brochure. But imagine our surprise when the room wasn't even similar to that advertised. Rather, it was far from the depicted room.

So, I am not at all satisfied with the room and even the service provided is not up to the way it was put out. So, I would like to request you to give us a full refund for the wrongful description you have put out.
