Plan of Action
You have been designated leader of a team that consists of five people. The four other members and you need to prepare data for an important presentation to a group of shareholders one month from now. For this presentation, you will need to analyze and understand some spreadsheet data, create a visually appealing slideshow presentation, and deliver an interesting presentation that spans roughly an hour.
As the first step of the process, you’ll need to create a list of the tasks that need to be completed and the tools required to complete those tasks. Think not only of software but also of hardware requirements. For example, what programs do you need, and what machines will they run on? Will you need a projector and laptop? Assuming there will be 12 shareholders attending the presentation, how many printouts and other materials will you need?
You should take into consideration software and hardware requirements, as well as physical items that may need to be distributed
Hint: Consider what you’ve learned about using technology to solve problems and how to work effectively on a team.
