Dr. Joka is the principal at Emery Middle School. She is looking at her eighth-grade students' results from her state's standardized test. She needs to locate the NAEP results for eighth grade, as well, in order to complete her analysis. Why? The NAEP is a federally funded after-school program that has the goal of bringing all students up to proficiency levels in core subjects.
