There are many ways media influence our personal actions.

Explanation: I have a few answers for this one:

- There are many types of media which persuade us in different ways (newspapers, social media, T.V, magazines, etc)

- Many people look up to famous and important people on media so it's easy for them to make us think a certain way (like making us feel as if we need to go on a diet to be healthier)

- When we see people like models on media, we set their looks as beauty standards and sometimes bring ourselves down because we aren't as "skinny" as them or not as "tall" as them, etc.
