At the same time, many young people decide not come back after studies due to lack of opportunities and jobs in villages.

Though we cannot bring a city into a village, we can expand agri-based production units where young people can be employed. This would encourage many young people to stay back in the villages. Also, other services can be promoted within the villages so that there would be quick delivery of products and services from the outside. Nonetheless, good transport and network systems should be the most basic development in the villages.

In this way, we can encourage people to stay back in the villages instead of moving into the cities. Everyone wants a peaceful village life but lack of opportunities compel people to move into cities. Therefore, it would be very helpful if we can promote opportunities in the villages itself.
