After reading the excerpt about Andy George and the sandwich making process, we can say the following:

- It is unlikely that George truly produced everything he needed to make the sandwich himself since the different ingredients require different skills and machinery to be produced, as well as conservation in refrigerated environments.

- For example, the vegetables and chicken he needed for the sandwich would probably rot if George took a long time to get any other ingredients. As we know, he traveled to the Pacific Ocean to get salt and he also tried to produce his own cheese and honey. All those processes demand that he learn how to do them and take time.

In the passage about Andy George, we are told that he decided to go produce each ingredient for a sandwich himself instead of buying them at the local deli.The problem is, each ingredient has a different location and process of production. Therefore, it is not practical to go and get them the way George did.Making cheese, collecting honey, producing salt, and growing vegetables are processes that demand different machines, skills, and amounts of time.If one ingredient is produced first, it should be properly stored and refrigerated, even frozen, so that it won't rot before the other ingredients are produced.

George had many perishable ingredients of organic origin to make the sandwich. We can see this when he says he planted and harvested all the vegetables necessary to carry out the project.

He probably needed conservation processes and equipment that would keep these products good during the six months of project execution. George did not build the conservation equipment, nor did he create the conservative methods that the equipment uses, which shows how unlikely he was to do the project completely on his own.
