What is the basic purpose of life and what a person should do in its life

Your life purpose consists of the central motivating aims of your life-the reasons you get up in the morning. Purpose can guide life decisions, influence behavior, shape goals, offer a sense of direction, and create meaning. For some people, purpose is connected to a strong feeling of suitability for a particular career or occupation. But life isn't all about work. Yeah having a good job and a good pay helps, but really it's about your family too. I strive to keep a good character and to help others. Isn't that what I am doing right now? Helping others?
