What are the advantages and disadvantages of screen time ?

Advantage:

1. Screen time can be used educationally such as research and online classes.

2. It can be entertaining,relieve stress.

Disadvantages:

1. It causes strain in the eyes.

2. Your posture can be damaged if you don't sit properly.

3. Limits social interaction.
