Help me now plz. Analogies use comparisons to explain simple and complex concepts, as they let the readers comprehend the ideas a writer expresses within an essay. In order to produce an analogy, first select a subject for it like someone’s feelings about something or someone’s reaction towards something, etc. After that compare the situation to another individual, thing, event or place that is familiar to the readers. Which analogy would be the best argument to add to this paragraph?

I disappointed my parents and my wife because I took the path of the artist instead of that of the American businessman. From the beginning, I wanted to make art. I felt very strongly about my decision, even though I stumbled around for a long time. The great thing is, it's 25 years later, and I feel intense passion about my art. I just want to create art.
