How should you evaluate a speech in terms of its argument?

Evaluate the tone of the speech. The tone of the speech refers to the overall impact of the content and the style. A tone might be light, or serious, or playful, and there's no right or wrong tone for any content. It might be appropriate to tell light stories and jokes at a eulogy, or it might be disastrous.If that's the case, you need to suspend the evaluation of the main argument and evaluate each sub-argument individually. Suppose you have a sub-argument for a premise and you conclude that this sub-argument is bad. Then that premise has lost its support and the argument collapses. Game over-- the argument is bad.

there is a sequence and logical steps to give an answer of a trouble.

1) strategy is necessary to develop an project idea.

2) to study and know the environment where you are going to work ( ecosystem).

3)   the materials resources to built the ideas.

4) to give a priority order in the context that you study. in this case human needs.
