I don't understand why imagery tells us that the tiger could also be a demonic creation in reference to "The Tyger from Songs of Experience" by William Blake.

Look at the way William Blake describes the tiger. The "immortal hand or eye" shows that this tiger is not a regular tiger. It has powers stronger than those of humans. Continuously along the poem the tiger is being framed as something to fear with an aura of danger. Blake is questioning what "could frame thy symmetry" aka what god (the 'immortal hand') could create such a horrific thing? When Blake repeats this in the last stanza but replaces 'could' with 'dare' he is saying "who would dare to create such a dangerous thing." The demonic creation also comes into play when Blake says "Did he who make the lamb make thee?" (Did he who make the lamb create you as well). This is a reference to religion, Jesus Christ is the "lamb", the Devil is the Tyger. Seeing that God created Jesus and the Devil (the Devil is a fallen angel from God). Blake is questioning whether God could create such a demon. Blake believes its power is like the Devils, strong and all encompassing.
