Rate my poem:
The thunder is loud in my ears
I got laughed at by all my peers
The wind blew hard
I hoped it would blow my memory away
But instead it blew away my faith
And it let the memory stay.
Lightning has struck many times
And turned the air as sour as lime
The storm keeps going
And the memory is still showing
I’ve always dreamt of a happy ending
Maybe I can have it when the sun is out
So the dream will no longer be pounding
But for now, I’ll listen to the angels pout.
LET ME KNOW if you have anything to add
