The author sends out a message to readers than love is possible with two people that has not met before. She showed the possibility of a strong relationship even with distance and that two people can be very close although they have never seen, so long as they are able to trust their instincts and inner feelings.

The short story talks about the idea of true love, it has a melodramatic slant.
