The U. S. Congress will have to get on board too. It’s up to them to provide the money to build Gateway. When President John F. Kennedy encouraged Americans to support the space program in 1962, he said in a speech, "We choose to go to the moon.” The most powerful word in that line was chosen. We chose then. We can choose again. It’s entirely up to us.
