If we all abandoned quarantine the virus would spread a lot further and a lot quicker. Also don't just think about catching the virus yourself, think what could happen if you get it and bring it home to your family, who could then spread it further.

Furthermore if we stay in quarantine we are not only reducing the risk of us catching the virus, but we are also helping those who are working for us to help develop a cure or vaccination, if we all stayed in quarantine, reducing the number of new cases, it could help balance the amount of patients in hospitals so that they can treat more patients instead of tending to new ones.
