"I am a citizen of the world" 

This line means that regardless of my geographical and ethnic origins, I belong to the world. I have the same rights and powers as anyone else. Nobody can say that I don't belong anywhere because I am from a certain place. No one can prohibit me from exercising my beliefs and rights because they say so.

I am a citizen of the world. I belong to the world. What rights and powers I have I can exercise, as long as I let others exercise their rights and beliefs as well.
