Explanation:

This is an excerpt from Macbeth, Shakespeare's play in which a man hears the witches' prophecy that he will become a king, and devises a plan to make it come true.

The lines given above are uttered by the First Witch, in Act I, Scene III. This is a part of the witches' conversation right before their second encounter with Macbeth. The witch is describing her plan to torture a sailor - she will destroy his ship in a storm, and make him become sick. This dialog between the witches serves as a proof that they are really evil.
