For sure I agree with the statement. My reason of agreement is because it is very obvious that staying for a complete night without sleep makes one look dull and unable to properly function. The brain rests and its cells get more ability to act when we have had proper sleep. The inability to think and function proper starts from the brain and when the head is stressed without much rest it affects the body and entirely human functionality.
