Dress Code for Servers
• Shoes: Servers are required to wear black shoes with non-slip soles that allow
them to walk safely on wet or greasy floors. The shoes must be clean, and socks
should be black as well
• Pants: Servers are required to wear black pants that are long enough to touch the
top of the shoe. Black belts are permitted but not required.
• Shirts Servers are required to wear a white Pepper's Pizza T-shirt that is not
soiled, stained, or ripped, Shirts should be tucked in to the pants. Each server is
provided with five T-shirts
• Apron Servers are required to wear black aprons that tie at the waist and have
pockets. Each server is provided with two aprons,
• Appearance Servers are required to be clean and well groomed.
• Accessories No hats, buttons, or scarves are permitted Servers can wear jewelry
