For me disability is a situation in which the full potential of someone cannot be released. In humans disability is a major fallback and all those who try very hard to be an asset in todays world are pulled back and restrained to achieve their success as a whole . but with tremendous hard work one no matter disable or not is able to achieve far more than an average person determination and will power are the keys to success no matter disable or not the person will be able to achieve it . If you are disable then you just have an allrounder extra task . But that will just spice up the task and taking it as nothing but a competition will make you very  successful.
