Leaders have many traits, some of those being traits such as persuasion, confidence, the ability to speak to a crowd, motivation, respect for others, and passion. When it comes to what motivates people to follow a crowd, people have to be interested in what the crowd is preaching. For example if you’re an animal lover and there is a crowd protesting against animal cruelty you will be more likely to follow that crowd than someone who didn’t love animals. When talking about how others help us understand our own behavior, other people can point out how we are behaving/acting. Other people can tell when we are behaving badly or good. Now, when it comes to being a follower it can be good at times to be a follower. Being a follower can help in things such as protests and movements. There are also the bad sides of being a follower. Being a follower can sometimes turn you into someone you’re not. For example let’s say you really want to be good friends with someone, and this someone tells you, you can only be their friend if you do something bad to someone else, and you chose to do it. This is an example of being a follower in a bad way.
