In this unit, you focused on different types of conflicts in informational texts. Conflicts can occur at any time in your life. These conflicts can be major or minor issues. A major conflict you may face is deciding where to go to college. A minor conflict you may face is deciding what to eat for dinner tonight.

Think of one major conflict and one minor conflict that you have faced in your life. Why did you consider your major conflict to be a big problem? Why did you consider your minor conflict to be a small problem? Did you learn anything from these conflicts? Would you do anything differently if you faced similar conflicts in the future?
