kiss, for an embrace whose message is,

outside, the leaves have multiplied its pitter
into the stuff of plainsong.
so many oceans to be spoken of.
such soft ovations numbering
innumerable names for hush.

who understands this tongue? no one.

the tale of “aunty misery” written by judith ortiz cofer , is a folk tale about an old woman who earns immortality by tricking death . the cost of immortality however, is that her life will stay the same. from this tale it becomes clear that death is a necessary evil and is inevitable in life.

it is significant that blumenthal interviewed several people who knew steve jobs personally because this allowed her to gain access to the industry. she has also stated that due to her work in the 1980s, she was able to get acquainted with the process of making computers and other technology, and was able to witness the progress different companies made and to appreciate apple's contribution to it. finally, this close connection with the industry means that her information is more credible than that of a complete outsider.
