My fellow citizens, the children at the local school have
unsafe routes to school. they must regularly dodge cars,
cross dangerous intersections, and brave barking dogs just
to walk to school. it is almost as though we are trying to
encourage them to be less healthy by depending on their
parents to drive them even the short distance to school
each morning.
