What are some ideas we can prevent cyberbullying?

Be a little more strict with the site rules and don't let people make an account unless they're 16+ years old but they can still go onto the site and if they have an account that is 16 or younger. They can't comment or ask questions but they can still answer questions and browse the page for answers that they are searching for. If you use an email to sign up with, it has to be a valid email or else the site won't let you sign up.  For school websites, I was thinking moderators. However, for websites like , there are so many kids on here, it's hard to watch it all. That's where. reporting comes in. But I've seen a kid get bullied for reporting something, so there's a drawback.  kids should just be taught to ignore cyber bullies.
