find the positive and negative connotations and mark witch one they are.

it was a scorching day for me at the inn. i was mom clean up as normal so my dad wouldn’t get any s’cker then he was. i knew his time was coming when he would take his last breath, but i tried to keep a positive mind set. “can you clean all the tables and beds for me jim? ” with giving a second for me to respond she “ you! ” “i might as well clean the whole house mom! ” i said back sarcastically. luckily, she didn’t hear what i said back, or i would’ve got popped right in the lip, so hard my jaw would’ve been knocked right off. i turned around to get to work dusting every table, then polishing em’. then i began beating the dust out of the sheets dipping them in the fresh bucket o’ water and hanging them on the line to dry. later that night my father called me to his room on the second deck. “son, i love you and if i weren’t this darn sick i would have done so much for you. i wish i could’ve done more for your mother to. i want you to her ‘round the house doing all the chores you can do. “ i already do enough! ” i wined back. “sometimes enough for you just aint enough for others.” the conversation was short as a stick then i hit the sack. i woke the next morn’ and sat down on one of the hard wood stools to eat my fluffy biscuit. when i heard someone coming to the front of the inn i turned around in the back o’ my seat to see who was at the door. the man took a while to open the door. he finally pushed it opened and wobbled in the room. he was an old seaman. i could tell by the coat and how he walked like a ship was rock’in. “good morn’” he said to me. i said nothing and just watched him.
