post 2: 1947 was a year to remember! yep, that’s when jackie robinson signed with the brooklyn dodgers. the pressure was enormous. the abuse constant. yet robinson rose above it all. he outplayed everyone. 125 runs. 29 stolen bases. and that was only in his first year.
