talent, beauty and personality make donna davidson a very
popular lead singer in musicals today. only 25 years old, she is the
singer and dancer directors around the world want on their shows. she
is single, an incredibly creative person with a great future ahead of her.
a hard-working perfectionist, donna is one of the best dancers and
singers in the world today. she is creative and modest even though she
is starring in the current version of evita in london and has rave reviews
in the press. when i asked her why she isn't married, she just smiled and
said, "i just don't have time for that right now! "
i visited donna for this interview in her modern, beautifully
decorated condo in london. she also lives in her condo in new york
when she is working on broadway. living in two popular cities for
musicals, she can go home after a performance instead of to a hotel
room. photos of her family hang in the living room, and you can tell that
she loves her family.
donna started dancing and singing when she was five years old.
she began taking lessons when she was six and performed in her first
musical when she was seven. when i asked her what her secret to
success was, she said, "practice, practice, practice, and a healthy life
style."
donna grew up in a small town in texas. her parents knew she
was talented, and they supported her in finding the best teachers and
opportunities. they moved to new york when she was only 10 years old
so she could work with the best dancing and voice teachers. she loved
new york especially central park and the theater on broadway. donna
got her first big role when she was 17 years old and works as hard today
as when she was just starting. you can hear and see her in evita through
next august in london. her performance is stunning. you don't want to
miss it!

i'm a architect
