Why are the italicized pronouns used
if you ask amelia and her to plan the picnic, it’s sure to be an enjoyable time for you and me.
her is the predicate noun of ask.
her is the direct object of the action verb ask.
me is the object of the preposition for.
amelia is the antecedent for me.
