Motivational speech for you + tips and tricks

anxiety/ caring what others think

remember when you were a kid when you had not a care in the world? you felt like you could do anything, you didn't have to worry about school. but then as you got older you had to go to school and some of you got stressed and maybe lost your inner child because you had to do so much work you had to worry about assignments right? then maybe you started to worry maybe got a little anxiety but anyways the purpose of this motivational speech is to you not care what others think. however, i can't force you or anybody to stop caring because your the only person who can make the choice not to care what others think. however, i can you make that choice by simply telling you the consequences of caring what others think and why you should not care what people think.

tips
when your in that space where you care what others think you might get that ill feeling in your stomach or you might get a weird feeling in your chest space or maybe you feel something totally different. if you have talked to others about the way you feel they might tell you to breathe slower or something but does that ever really work. for me it didn't it may work for you maybe not. but eventually, i found a method that really works it actually makes me feel quite confident and i have never heard anybody talk about this method. basically, all you do is just notice what you notice. now you may be wondering how is noticing something going to get rid of well when you notice what you notice you start to operate in this reality by being connected with time. however when you're disconnected from time then you get very nervous and anxious because your consciousness is not quite connected with the reality your body is in. anyways all you have to do in order to notice what you notice (here are starter questions to you notice) skin feels is your skin warm, how far away is your arm from you. it a lot if you notice an object and its easier too. so now lets get into the motivation

why do you care what others think it's not important? your the one in charge of your life your the one who knows yourself. why are you caring what stacy or joe or billy think about your outfit? its your outfit not theirs they have their opinions but you have your opinions. honestly the people who say negative things about you or your outfit they are just trying to make themselves look good and feel good because they are actually very empty inside. im just saying but it actually backfires on them because they think they look good by shaming you but it actually makes them look silly. another reason people might shame you is that they know you will get far in life they know you will accomplish such amazing things and they can't so they are trying to drag you down to their level dont let them do this to you. and if they do drag you down pick yourself back up do something about it. youuu havee s muchh potentiall sweetyy and you dont realize it or maybee you do but whoo knows anyways if you see your potential and your not doing anything to get yourself up to your potential what are you doing like come on you have the ability to change yourself and even the world but before you change the world you gotta change yourself. your here for a reason and you have sooo much potential i just want you to know even if you dont realize it but you do have potential you just have got to realize it and then take action.

for reading this speech there will be more of these in the future

Read the excerpt from twelfth night, by william shakespeare. if music be the food of love, play on; give me excess of it, that, surfeiting, the appetite may sicken, and so die. that strain again! it had a dying fall: o, it came o'er my ear like the sweet sound, that breathes upon a bank of violets, stealing and giving odour! now read the excerpt from "the love song of j. alfred prufrock." for i have known them all already, known them all: have known the evenings, mornings, afternoons, i have measured out my life with coffee spoons; i know the voices dying with a dying fall beneath the music from a farther room. what does the phrase “dying fall” most likely mean in both excerpts? the noise is jarring. the noise is soothing. the sounds are fading. the sounds are too loud. mark this and return
