hero's journey?

There are several points to the approach in a hero's story.

1) The common world of the hero

The hero is presented sympathetically so that the audience can identify with the situation or dilemma he is going through. It is embedded in a world that has aspects that are common to all of us in some way.

2)  The call to adventure

Some kind of tension in the hero's life is pulling him in different directions and causing stress. It may be something external or an internal change, but something shakes the hero's world. He is compelled to go out on an adventure that will help him resolve this tension.

3) Call refusal

The hero is afraid of the unknown and resists the call of adventure. Usually another character may express the uncertainty and danger ahead, causing this momentary reluctance on the hero.

4) Meeting with the mentor

The hero encounters a mentor who will give advice, teach new skills, and guide him through the challenges along the way. When there is no such external mentor personified, the hero can find his courage and wisdom internally.

5) The threshold crossing

The hero leaves the ordinary world and goes into the adventure indeed. Thus he enters a new world, unknown and dangerous.

6)  Tests, Allies, and Enemies

The hero actually enters the adventure and faces various tests and enemies. They can be real figures or just situations that call for action.

7) The aproach

The hero faces the dangers and reaches another stage, which presents greater challenges. Now the goal of your journey is getting closer and closer.

8) The ordeal

The journey begins to draw to a close and the hero enters a central space in this new adventure world. He confronts death or faces his greatest enemy.

9) The reward

The hero seizes the treasure - which is not always material - won by facing death. There may be a celebration, but there is also a danger of losing the treasure again.

10) The back home

The hero's return home with his reward is the final bow of the journey. However, he is still in the adventure world and the dangers are still real.

11) The resurrection of the hero

At the climax, the hero is severely tested, once again, on the edge of the road home. It is purified with one last sacrifice, a moment of death and rebirth, but on a more complex level.

12) The return with the reward

The hero returns home with the treasure, which has the power to transform society.

13) This narrative is present in classics such as "Lord of the Rings" to current books such as "Harry Potter"
