Glanz says that students like describe their describe their teachers as "drips, bores, and numerous varieties of idiots." write a description of one of your high school teachers or college instructors who either does or does not fit that description. show, in your essay, that your teacher or instructor was weak, boring, and just the opposite (dynamic, creative, and bright). in either case, your focus should be on providing specific details that enable your readers to see for themselves that your thesis is valid.

in one of my health classes, the teacher was the most helpful i’ve ever had, yes, teachers are supposed to be helpful but he was the best at it. He always pushed us to be better people and to better understand the world. This teacher was bright and creative, and he always came up with new things to support us to keep going. I’ve had good teachers before but he topped all of them, and i appreciate how hard he tried to keep us focused.

not sure if that answered your question but if you want to write it differently i think you should keep the topic the same throughout and convince people reading why you believe your teacher was good/bad :)

since it is asking for her reaction to elnora's trouble at school you can rule out any answers with a positive response (b). then you can rule out (d), this is because it does not show the mother's reaction but the daughter's response. that leaves you with two options (a) and (c), by looking at the options you can rule out (c) because it isn't referring back to elnora's issues at school.
