Why did shakespeare occasionally use confusing word order?

the character has felt many emotions that are mainly focusing on negative emotions.

remember alliteration is the occurrence of the same letter or sound at the beginning of adjacent or closely connected words.  

after the moon goes from a full moon it turns into a waning gibbous moon.
