the last option d is the answer.the reasons are clear.he wants to defend flying drones as an activity which does not invade people´s lives.in turn , after making the claim collin justifies the use of drones as a sport and mentions what it requires for doing so.collins also says that it should be advisable to have more organization for the ones who do this activity but never gives any evidence to support the claim that drones do not invade privacy.when collins tells about complaints against the time and place drones are used , he could be speaking about people being disturbed about the noise drones make or about using some public space meant for other activities and not exactly privacy.
