Antony has given the crown three times to Caesar but he has always rejected it. This has been noticed by Casca. Casca interpretes this as weak sympton of Caesar's: he is not ready for power. The crow, in fact, reflects power ,because when Caesar tried it on, people cheered and backed him up. However, he has decided not to become king. This event, developed in the excerpt, is what Casca will use to turn Brutus against Caesar .
