Ijust need breaking down the emotional part into sections kinda like how in the question below, he broke down the physical parts of who you are like face, torso and hands.

essay 1 prompt: who are you? a descriptive essay

for your essay i would like you to expound on our first discussion board by choosing a part of who you are and describing that part of yourself in greater detail. the significance of the essay is not just the depth of your details, but also why you believe these details about yourself are significant to understanding who you are. think of like you are introducing yourself to someone who is not able to see you: what elements of who you are do you want them to know off the top?

you can describe yourself physically if that is an important element of who you are in your mind, but also consider things like how you behave emotionally, how your experiences have shaped, and things of this nature. if a person wanted to really know who you were, what would you start by showing them?

how you see yourself is important because it mirrors how you see others and the world around you. that is why we are beginning with this.

once you complete the introduction paragraph, you will need support paragraphs. this is where you break down your description into smaller parts and give me greater detail. for example, if you are describing yourself physically you might break yourself down into face, torso, and hands and describe each of these in greater detail while also indicating to the reader why these parts are important to understand instead of say your feet which you chose not to describe. this is only one example. again, there are many ways to describe yourself without saying anything about the physical part of your description.
