Ineed on this app i was at ambitious but then all of the sudden i got put back to about 30 points. is there something i can do about this, because i lost all of my progress in this app.

This happened maybe because a lot of your answers got reported or you left funny answers which didn't answer the question. So once a lot of your questions get  reported they do take that same amount of points that you received before.
