The acupuntura is called in some countries  alternative medicine.

It comes  from China since more than 2000 years ago approximately. The word acupuntura describes a family of procedures involving simulation of anatomical points of the body by a variety  of techniques.

The evidence that the acupuncture is an acceptable medical procedure:

1) Many people around the world have reached a good health using it.

2) The U.S. Food and Drugs  Administration (FDA) approved it for use by licensed practitioners in 1996.
